Of course, Pocari Sweat was one of my favorite drinks when I sojourned in Japan in the 1980s. It was then sold in vending machines. It took all of my fortitude just to buy the stuff. Drinking was a true test. I think that I brought home a container to remind me of great marketing slogans that can somehow go so wrong.
